This years Barton Cup 1st round match took place on the 8th April against Deer Park Golf Club with 2 pairs at home and 3 away. Our home pairings of Stephen O’Donoghue & Richard Downing, Michael Weldon & Robert Gaffney and Martin Coleman and Aidan Sherlock and away pairing of Kingsley Lewis & Anthony Doyle and Peter Kenny & Dan Lamont came up against a very strong Deer Park team.  Deer Park won all matches in Skerries with our away pair Kingsley Lewis & Anthony Doyle winning on the 16th hole and Peter Kenny & Dan Lamont called in 1 down after 13 holes.
