Captain’s Prize 2017 (Peter C. Donnelly)

The Captain’s Prize (Peter C. Donnelly) final night dinner and prize presentation will take place this coming Saturday night the 19th August 2017.

A four course menu at € 30.00 per person is available to enjoy on the night.

The Menu is as follows:

4 course meal €30 per person

To start

Sweet potato, carrot and coriander soup, homemade brown bread

Prawns in a light crispy batter, sweet chilli and lime mayonnaise

Chicken liver pate, apple and tomato chutney, Melba toast

To follow

Pan fried fillet of fresh cod, prawn and garlic butter, tomato and herb vierge

Pan seared Sirloin steak, sautéed mushrooms and onions, peppered sauce and chips

Supreme of chicken, baby spinach and parmesan stuffing, white wine and tarragon cream

To finish

White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, seasonal berries, fresh cream

Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce, vanilla ice cream
